Early maori

We have been learning about early maori and we learned how to weave with paper. But the thing that I really liked was getting to know what it was like in early maori time. We did paper weaving because it was about maori. In early maori they did different things like hunting fishing,weaving,building,trading and other things.

When we were learning about early maori the teacher told us a story about what they made in early maori time they made fishing hooks,weapons,houses,food,clothings.

For the technology the early maori did not have technology but the english people did  so instead they traded stuff for technology like food and clothing.

Then we did some weaving and when I was weaving it was easy because it was in a pattern and all you had to do was over and under and you carry on the pattern my colour was

Highlight pink and white for the strips.
